These Terms cover the marketing website only. Use of Nexinity’s payment services is additionally governed by a separate written merchant agreement and the applicable scheme rulebooks (EPC SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit Core and B2B).
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only. You may not (a) reverse-engineer, scrape at scale or interfere with the Site; (b) misrepresent your affiliation with Nexinity; (c) use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful content.

The Site, its content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Nexinity or its licensors. All rights reserved. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to use Nexinity’s intellectual property except as expressly stated.

6. Limitation of liability

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
